Previously on Glee: Make It Or Break It:

After realizing that New Directions has ended ever since Mr. Schuester's departure, Holly Holiday decides to return to revive it. However, she and Mr. Schuester struggle finding the perfect voices for McKinley. Take Viper, for instance, the badass with the big voice that's scared to shine out. Kaleesha and Kendall, the dueling divas with the cheerleading uniforms and dreams they want to keep. Holly, then, blackmails Viper to join New Directions after hearing him sing, and the only new members: Hailey McConnell, Deno Darko, Aidan Andrews, and Cole Andrews, all audition and yep, New Directions is back in action... I guess.

And that's what you missed on Glee!

Duffy walked in the hallways of McKinley, watching everyone as she strutted through the hallways with a pink shirt and tight jeans with the bottoms folded up. As she walked by, Principal Figgins went to her.

"I see you're finally wearing appropriate clothes, Ms. Duffy." Figgins said. Duffy gave a sarcastic smile and rolled her eyes as she walked by.

She continued to walk as Kaleesha, Samantha, and Kendall gave glances at her, looking her up and down in both sympathy and disgust.

"God, she looks like she needs something to eat," Kendall whispered.

Kaleesha's arms were crossed as she nodded her head, "That poor little girl."

Duffy slowly overheard them and sighed, and continued to ignore their remarks. The fact that I have to deal with girls like them in this school is the exact reason why I don't want to be in this school. No one likes me, and I can honestly care less. I have better things to do than to worry about stuck up bitches and perverted boys in this school. I'm a lesbian and I find myself hating girls to the most. I may be a bit homophobic and hypocritical, but that's just who I am.

There's no place I can fit in here at all. Even if there was, I probably wouldn't be accepted in the first place. When I was 13, I tried joining band camp, eh, I was kicked out the first day: bashed someone's head in with a tuba.

When I was 14, I wanted to take boxing lessons, but everyone wanted to tease me about my first name, I made every girl's nose bleed. Yeah, you can call me a badass, a rebel, or a troubled girl, but eh, you can't change me.

Duffy walked to the bulletin board at the moment, and she continued to narrate, Every club in this school sucks, sucks straight up balls. What person wants to join A/V club, or Chess Club? The only thing that pretty much attracts me is Glee Club. Bingo.

I think Glee Club is pretty gay, but it's the perfect place to use, abuse, and trick people into thinking that I'm 100% awesome. New Directions, it's time to add some Duffy Danger into your club.

She left a smirk on her face as she wrote her name on the blank sign-up sheet for Glee Club, but as she walked away, SPLASH! Gushes of blue slush hits her face, her eyes began to squint and she scoffs in angst as the jocks, including Viper, walk past her, laughing.

"There's a treat, tomboy! Good doggie!" A jock said as they passed. Viper looked, however, somehow feeling sympathetic for her.

Holly stood in the choir room smiling as she counted down, "5, 6, 7, 8," as Viper, Hailey, Aidan, Deno, and Cole were practicing choreography ideas.

They were having difficulties keeping up with each other, and Viper somehow refused to do it, watching as the rest did it, he shook his head.

Brad, the piano player, continued to play the piano, But somehow acted as if he didn't want to be in the choir room. Holly raised her eyebrow and told everyone to stop.

"What's wrong, Viper?" Holly asked.

"The choreography is just so not me, it's lame," Viper shrugged. "It's definitely not how I roll."

"For once, I actually agree with Viper." Hailey crossed arms. "None of us are even on point anyway."

"I'm pretty much ahead of you guys," Cole said. "You guys need to step it up."

"God, cocky boy, no one asked you." Hailey scoffed and rolled her eyes.

"Well, sorry, it's not my fault you guys aren't on track with the choreography," Cole shrugged and looked away.

"Okay, okay, guys," Holly said. "Hailey and Viper, I understand what you guys are saying. Do you guys have any types of suggestions of what we should do?"

"Well, I don't dance, so you can count me out." Viper says. "Dancing is for puny little ballet dancer looking dudes like Cole."

"I'm not a ballet dancer," Cole said.

"Okay, okay, guys, let's just all calm down, we'll figure all of this out some way and some how, I'll see you guys tomorrow, all right?" Holly said.

Viper began to walk out after the bell rang for dismissal, but Deno suddenly stopped him. "Um, Viper?"

"Hey, what's up?" Viper suddenly turned around, gave a smile and locked eyes with Deno.

"I wanted your input on something I did," Deno said. "I made a mash up of two songs,"

"Really, could I hear it?" Viper said.

"Only if you sing it with me," Deno gave a smile as Viper dropped his bag on to one of the choir room chairs, and sat by the piano with Deno. He gave Viper the songsheet of the song.

Viper took a glimpse at the paper, "Numb by Rihanna and Numb by Linkin Park?" Viper looked at Deno, "Dude you're a genius."

Deno shrugged, then blushed, "Well, I try."

Deno played the instrumental to Rihanna's song, and as they both looked at the sheet, Deno took one look at Viper, and he did the same and smiled. Deno started off the song.

"Ecstasy... in the air," Deno sang.

Viper began to sing the first verse to Linkin Park's Numb, as he sang, it shocked Deno, it seemed that he was completely attracted to his voice. "I'm tired of being what you want me to be,"

"I don't care," Deno sang.

"Feeling so faithless, lost under the surface," Viper continued to sing.

"Can't tell me nothing, I'm impaired." Deno sang.

"Don't know what you're expecting of me," Viper sang.

"The worst for wear," Deno sang.

"Put under the pressure of walking in your shoes, every step that I take is another mistake to you," Viper sang. Deno began to smile at him again.

"Cause I'm going numb, I'm going numb, I'm going numb, I'm going numb," Deno sang. Viper gazed into his eyes at the moment, but it seemed as if Deno was too shy to look back at him.

"I'm going numb, I'm going numb, I'm going numb, I'm going numb, I'm going --"

"I've become so numb, I can't feel you there, become so tired, so much more aware," Viper sang.

"I'm going numb, I'm going numb, I'm going numb, I'm going numb, I'm going --"

"I've become so numb, I can't feel you there, become so tired, so much more aware," Viper sang. "I'm becoming this, all I want to do --"

"Cause I'm going numb," Deno sang in the background.

"--Is be more like me and be less like you." Viper sang.

"Cause I'm going numb," Deno sang. "Cause I'm going numb, I'm going numb --"

"I've become so numb," Viper sang, as he continued to look at Deno, and hesitantly Deno starts to look back, and they gaze eat each other once more.

"I'm going numb, I'm going numb, I'm going numb," Deno sang.

"I've become so numb," Viper sang.

"I'm going numb, I'm going numb, I'm going numb, I'm going --" Deno ended the song, and still they both gazed at each other's eyes.

Deno smiled, "That was pretty amazing--"

"Not as amazing as you are." Viper said, smiling.

Deno seemed to be shocked at first, until a slow Viper moved closer to Deno, meeting his lips at the time. Deno's eyes were open at first, shocked, until he felt the moment, his eyes closed. The bell rang again, and Deno quickly pushed back, stuttering.

"Um, um, I have to go," Deno said, quickly running out the choir room.

"But, but, wait." Viper couldn't get the chance to get to him. Deno ran, and then leaned against the wall, squinting his eyes in shock, his heart racing fast. Deno found it hard to cope with the kiss.

When Sue sat at her desk with her glasses on and her arms folded as Kaleesha, Samantha, and Kendall all sat across from her, she scooted up to talk to the girls.

"Ladies, I call you three here in my office today because I believe in you three." Sue said. Kaleesha and the rest of the girls were confused.

"Is there something that you want us to do?" Samantha said as she looked at the rest of the girls. Sue nodded with an evil smirk slapped across her face.

"As you all may know, New Directions has been brought back to life, which is something that I really can't stand, and it's ran by one single person---"

"Holly Holiday," Sue continued to speak.

"So, what does this have to do with us, Coach Sylvester?" Kendall said. "We're not really interested in joining some wack club like that at all."

Kaleesha rolled her eyes and looked away, while Samantha had no emotion over her remark. Sue replied back, "Well, Kendall, that's a good thing, but my plan is to have you guys try to trash it down for me."

Kendall gave a smirk on her face, "Oh that's just perfect."

"I already see the little orphans are struggling to find new members, if you guys join in, they'll think they will have more chances at winning Sectionals and even beyond."

Kaleesha bit her bottom lip in fear, after auditioning for New Directions before Sue's plan, she started to gain more remorse at that point.

I don't know why I'm getting into this, why is Coach Sylvester treating New Directions this way? They never did anything to anyone at all, it's just unfair. I know what I said 2 days ago was out of line, but I really need to join. This could really be an opportunity for me to shine and to show what I really want to do in my life. Ever since I was 3 years old, I always wanted to rap. My room was posted with pictures of MC Lyte, Eve, Missy, and even other female rappers in my time. I feel like Glee Club will give me a chance.

I can't even deal with the fact that Kendall acts as if she has control over my life. Kaleesha turned around to look at Kendall, still sitting there with a smirk on her face as she continued to listen to Sue's plan.

She thinks that she has the power to tell me what I should and should not do. Yeah, I guess joining Glee Club can ruin my reputation, but at this point, I'm starting not to care. I'm tired of being the same old Cheerio I was before: just the chick from the block that does what everyone else says. That views me as weak and shows that I have no back bone at all, and I can't have that.

I'm just in an awkward situation right now and I don't even know what to do. "So, girls, is it a deal?" Sue said.

"Deal." Samantha and Kendall said in unison. Sue took a glimpse at Kaleesha, who was sweating with fear. "Kaleesha?"

It was silent for a moment and as Kendall and Samantha both looked at her, she looked all around.

Don't say it, Kaleesha, don't say anything! She narrated.

"Deal," Kaleesha said, relieved.

God, you're so stupid! She said to herself.

Samantha, Kendall, and Kaleesha were in the choir room after that. Samantha stood in the middle while the other girls were in the back. Holly and the rest of the members sat in the chairs watching them as they performed.

"We gold, we gold, we shine. we gold, we gold, we shine, we gold, we gold, we shine, we gold, we gold, we shine," Samantha, Kendall, and Kaleesha sang.

"Hey there rock stars, turn up your radio." Samantha sang as she walked closer to the members of New Directions. "I can hear you coming, start up the video."

Kendall walked to the middle of the floor, singing, "You're still standing, they'll never knock you down, the beat never ending, let me hear your heart pound."

"Eh, ah, eh, ah, eh, oh, a shining star," The girls sang. "Eh, ah, eh, ah. no matter where you are."

The trio danced as they sang, "Wo-oh, shine your light. Wo-oh, set the world on fire. Wo-oh, shine tonight. Wo-oh, set the world on fire."

Samantha danced her way to Cole, smiling at him as she and the rest of the girls continued to sing. Cole began to suddenly blush as Samantha winked at him. "We gold, we gold, we shine, we gold, we gold, we shine,"

"We going solar, push up your lighters," Kaleesha sang. "Faster and faster, the sun rising higher."

"Eh, ah, eh, ah, eh, oh, a shining star," The girls sang. "Eh, ah, eh, ah. no matter where you are."

As the girls sang, Hailey looked at Aidan at the moment, "I don't trust them." She whispered to Aidan.

Aidan nodded, agreeing with Hayley, "Neither do I,"

Hayden was nodding his head to the song, while Deno stared at him, trying not to smile by the way he looked. As Hayden continued, he looked at Deno, but a shy Deno looked away.

The trio danced as they sang, "Wo-oh, shine your light. Wo-oh, set the world on fire. Wo-oh, shine tonight. Wo-oh, set the world on fire."

"Wo-oh, shine your light. Wo-oh, set the world on fire. Wo-oh, shine tonight. Wo-oh, set the world on fire."

Samantha smiled at Cole once again as she moved to the middle, Cole smiled back.

"And we don't give up till we run out of desire, race to the finish and we never get tired," Kendall sang.

"We are the winners cause we hold the world title," Kaleesha sang.

"We started slow, but we beat you in the final," Samantha sang.

"Eh, ah, eh, ah, eh, oh, a shining star," The girls sang. "Eh, ah, eh, ah. no matter where you are."

"Wo-oh, shine your light. Wo-oh, set the world on fire. Wo-oh, shine tonight. Wo-oh, set the world on fire."

"Wo-oh, shine your light. Wo-oh, set the world on fire. Wo-oh, shine tonight. Wo-oh, set the world on fire."

"We gold, we gold, we shine. we gold, we gold, we shine, we gold, we gold, we shine, we gold, we gold, we shine," Samantha, Kendall, and Kaleesha sang, then the song ended, and the girls recieved a round of applause.

Hayden cheered on, and Hailey somehow clapped, but had doubting looks, along with Aidan.

"Wow, that was awesome, girls," Holly smiled as she stood up. "Um, Kaleesha and Kendall, what made you guys change your mind about joining?"

"Well, what does it matter?" Kendall said in sass, "We're here now, aren't we?"

Kaleesha sighed and rolled her eyes and looked away, then fixed her face to show a smile to Holly.

"You got me there," Holly smiled. "Well, welcome to New Directions, guys!"

After school, where the whole building was empty, Duffy stood outside with another student with two bags with stuff inside in both of her hands. She crossed her arms, "Look, do you want a sample or not? If not, you can just chicken out, dude."

She lifted up the bag with weed inside, "This... is the real deal."

The student rolled his eyes and sighed, "Fine, how much?"

"20 bucks." Duffy said.

"Are you kidding me?" The student got heated. "20 bucks for a freaking sample of marijuana. You're killing me here, dude."

"20 freaking bucks, take it or leave it." Duffy yelled back.

The student sighed and grabbed his wallet, and took out two 10 dollars of it, snapped his wallet back in place and put it back in his pocket.

"Here, 20 bucks you have." The student said. Duffy gave him a small bag of the drugs and put it into his hand.

"And weed you have."

"God, I'm gonna get the munchies tonight." The student said excitedly as he walked away from Duffy, she nodded her head.

Drugs, drugs, drugs. Duffy narrated, That word is my middle name, it's my boyfriend and my girlfriend. It's the answer to my problems. Yeah, I sell it, I even smoke it. I also sell prescription drugs. Valium, Viagra for boys if they can't keep a hard rock between their legs after a while, and birth control. Just call me Duffy the Drug Dealer: so much alliteration.

Cole made his way through the halls the next morning, and as he stopped, he spotted Matthew and Samantha arguing at her locker, he took a look at the two, and heard the conflict.

"After all that we have been through, you're gonna just break up with me? Just like that?" Matthew said.

"We've been dating for freaking four whole weeks, what do you mean by "all we've been through"? Get lost, Matt." Samantha rolled her eyes and crossed her arms as she leaned on the locker.

"No, I'm not going to get lost until you tell me why you're leaving me like this?" Matthew said.

"Don't you get it, Matt?" Samantha said. "We weren't meant to be! We never were. So, you can just stick to your man-whore ways."

"You don't have to be a bitch about it." Matthew said, looking away, while Samantha stood in shock with her mouth open and Cole raised his eyebrow and quickly walked to the both of them.

"Is everything all right over here?" Cole said as he looked at the both of them. "Back off, dude, this isn't any of your business." Matthew said.

"It may not be but I don't think you shouldn't be calling your girlfriend a bitch." Cole said. "It's disrespectful and it's cruel to women."

Samantha looked at Cole, trying to stop him, "Cole, hon, it's okay,"

"Hon?" Matthew turned to Samantha. "So, you guys are dating now or something? Maybe I'm not the whore in this relationship."

"Hey, man!" Cole went closer to Matthew, who aggressively pushed him away. "And you back off."

Cole fell down on the floor, and in anger, Cole tried to get back up to go to him, until Samantha holds him back, and Matthew shakes his head, "Whatever, I'm out of here."

Matthew stormed away from the two, and Cole sighed, nodding his head. Samantha turned to Cole, "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine." Cole said. "I just hate how much of a dick your boyfriend is."

"Well, he's not my boyfriend anymore." Samantha said. "I just want to thank you for sticking up for me. You're really the gentleman I thought you were when we first met."

Cole slowly blushed at that moment; they both looked at each other, gazing in each other's eyes. Samantha couldn't help but stare into his almond-colored eyes, and Cole couldn't resist staring at her eyes either. In all one moment, they moved closer to each other, and both pressed each other's lips towards one another. Samantha's eyes closed gently, and she felt it, as well as Cole. They both slowly pulled back from each other, and Samantha's heart was racing fast, her face was red.

"Are you blushing?" Cole raised his eyebrow and chuckled. Samantha tried her hardest to hide it.

"Me? Blushing? No." Samantha giggled.

"Well, I have to go, see you around?" Cole smiled.

"Yeah, sure." Samantha's face showed that she was not over the kiss. It was as if she wanted more. Cole smiled and walked away, and Samantha leaned against her locker, with Matthew watching her from afar, looking down and making his departure.

I just kissed a Broadway freak, I just kissed a Broadway freak, I just kissed a Broadway freak. A cheerleader and a Broadway freak kissed in the hallways. How unusual is that? The crazy thing is that it felt so right, it felt too right. I never met a guy that stood up for me, Matt never did so before. I just... wow.

Deno continued to tap his pencil on his desk as he was taking a test, right near him was Viper. The look in his eyes made him feel helpless, he couldn't stop looking at Viper's looks.

Here sits a confused boy unsure of how he feels about another person, and that person is... Viper. Is he even my type? Is he even attracted to guys in the first place? I find it really weird that he did that. I'm still torn between talking to him and not talking to him. He's a jock, and I'm just this weird, dark, autistic dude with a dream. How can I deal with these feelings I have for a guy who kissed me? But, you know what they say... kisses don't lie.

________________________________

Samantha walked in the hallways after, singing, "Kisses don't, no they don't, never don't lie, you can run if you want but you cant hide. Telling you its the truth don't you ask why, kisses don't, no they don't, kisses don't lie."

"Emotions come and go, who knows how the wind will blow? There's so little in this world to trust in." Deno sang as he continued to sit down in the classroom. Samantha strutted through the halls, continuing to sing:

"Seduce themselves with lies, some don't realize, they call it love but its really only lusting."

"So you see you and me, we're getting close to the danger zone." Deno sang. "Show me how tell me now, should I stay or should I go, cause I'm caught between yes and no."

"Cause when you kiss me, I feel everything that I been missing, I try to slow down but my heart wont listen and its tearing me all up inside." Deno and Samantha sang. "And when you touch me, I feel a rush but I'm afraid that it might crush me, should I put my trust in something I don't trust in, I try to run but theres no place to hide, cause baby kisses don't lie."

"Kisses don't, no they don't, never don't lie, you can run if you want but you cant hide. Telling you its the truth don't you ask why, kisses don't, no they don't, kisses don't lie."

"So you see you and me, we're getting close to the danger zone." Deno and Samantha sang. "Show me how tell me now, should I stay or should I go, cause I'm caught between yes and no."

Samantha sighed as the bell rang and she walked to her next class, as Deno stood up from his chair to transition, as he did so, he and Viper walked near, but as Viper could say anything, Deno walked away.

Holly stood in the teacher's lounge grabbing a cup of coffee, and sitting down at a seat. Sue made her way inside, spotting her. "What's up, Cyndi Lauper? I see you're making yourself comfortable in the lounge."

"Oh, hey, Sue." Holly said. "Just trying to get used to things again here, I guess."

"Hmm, I see," Sue said with an evil smirk on her face. "I'm sure you're also getting used to the fact that you just brought back something from the dead."

Holly chuckled, "What do you mean?"

"Ever since you've brought back New Directions, you've been so happy lately," Sue said.

"Of course I am, why wouldn't I be?" Holly said. "All of these kids deserve a chance to be someone and by that I mean stars."

"I highly suggest you keep a lookout on the three girls that just auditioned for your club of bad kids." Sue said.

"You mean Kaleesha, Kendall, and Samantha?" Holly raised her eyebrow. "They aren't any problems at all. Why are you warning me?"

"Oh, that's what you think," Sue winked as she walked out of the teacher's lounge. Holly was left befuddled at first, she nodded and took a sip from her coffee.

________________________

In the auditorium, auditions were once again held. However, the first set of auditions did not go out as expected.

Holly called out the first name on the list: "Gretchen Shedevilia?"

"Shedevilia?" Samantha looked at Kaleesha, "That's the creepiest last name ever."

Gretchen walked in, gothic girl with long brown hair with a bang, red lipstick, and pale white skin. She wore plaid stockings and a plaid shirt. As she walked in, she had no smile on her face.

"Oh god, she looks scary," Cole said.

"So, what are you going to sing for us today, Gretchen?" Holly said.

It was silent at the moment, and Gretchen looked as if she wanted to kill someone. She suddenly screamed and slammed the microphone down to the stage floor and ran out.

"Okay, that girl has straight up issues." Aidan said.

A pretty brown skinned girl came to the stage and sang, but as she did, she sang off-key to the "Star Spangled Banner".

"Oh, say can you see...." The girl sang.

"Oh hell no," Kaleesha said.

"By the dawn's early light, what so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming?"

"Oh my god." Viper put his hands on his face, the next audition was a girl with a pink shirt and blue jeans, singing off-key, of course.

"It's like I waited my whole liiiife," The girl sang.

"Oh, no, she gotta go," Samantha had her arms crossed.

Holly sighed and nodded, "Next one, Jason Duffy!"

"Oh, that's a sexy name, I wonder if he's hot," Kendall had a smirk on her face at the time, until Duffy walked on the stage with her dark clothing.

"What the hell?" Aidan said.

"That's the same girl that---" Kendall's eyes widened. "I think I'm gonna throw up right now."

"So, your name is Jason Duffy?" Holly said.

"Yes, my name is Jason," Duffy said.

"Why were you named that?" Holly asked back.

Duffy nodded her head, "Long story, moving on,"

"Um, well, okay, then." Holly chuckled. "So, what will you be singing for us today?"

"I will be singing Semi Charmed Life," Duffy said.

As the music began to play, Viper is the first to start nodding to the music, Duffy grabbed the microphone, singing, "Doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo."

"I'm packed and I'm holding, I'm smiling, she's living, she's golden, she lives for me, says she lives for me," Duffy sang. "Ovation, her own motivation, she comes round and she goes down on me,"

"What the actual f--" Kendall tried to say, but Samantha stopped her, "Kendall."

"And I make her smile, like a drug for you, do ever what you wanna do, coming over you. Keep on smiling, what we go through, one stop to the rhythm that divides you."

"And I speak to you like the chorus to the verse, chop another line like a coda with a curse, come on like a freak show takes the stage, we give them the games we play, she said."

"I want something else, to get me through this, semi-charmed kinda life, baby, baby, I want something else, I'm not listening when you say good-bye."

"I believe in the sand beneath my toes, the beach gives a feeling, an earthy feeling, I believe in the faith that grows and the four right chords can make me cry."

"And that would be all right, all right and when the plane came in, she said she was crashing, the velvet it rips in the city, we tripped on the urge to feel alive, now I'm struggling to survive, those days you were wearing that velvet dress, you're the priestess, I must confess those little red panties they pass the test. Slide up around the belly, face down on the mattress,"

"One, and you hold me, and we're broken, still it's all that I wanna do, just a little now feel myself, head made of the ground. I'm scared, I'm not coming down,"

"No, no, and I won't run for my life, she's got her jaws now, locked down in a smile but nothing is all right, all right and I want something else, to get me through this life. Baby, I want something else, not listening when you say... good-bye, good-bye, good-bye, good-bye,"

The crowd gave weird faces while Viper was still dancing along, singing along to her audition.

"The sky was gold, it was rose, I was taking sips of it through my nose and I wish I could get back there someplace back there, in the place we used to start, I want something else."

The song ended, and there were slow claps with the exception of Viper giving her a standing ovation. Kendall looked back at him and turned to Kaleesha and Samantha.

"He actually likes that?" Kendall whispered.

"He's a weird jock, don't even trip," Kaleesha said.

"Well, um, Jason.." Holly said.

"Just call me Duffy," Duffy replied.

"Duffy, right," Holly chuckled. "Duffy, I thought you were really good, really good. Welcome to the club!"

Jason, at the moment, looked at everyone in the crowd and gave a big smirk. All of these members are going to be total targets.

The bell rang, and Hayden made his way to Deno in the hallways trying to find a way for him to speak to him. "Please talk to me, Deno," Viper said. "I really find it awkward not talking to you,"

"Who said I wasn't talking to you?" Deno looked at Viper as he grabbed his binders from his locker.

Viper sighed, "You know that I know that something is definitely up between us. You haven't said anything to me in days after we kissed. I'm sorry that it made you uncomfortable."

"Viper, it didn't make me uncomfortable, it's just--" Deno tried to finish his sentence.

"Then what is it?" Viper said. "Why aren't you becoming so distant from me? I just really want to know that."

Deno took a breath as he tried to explain, "Don't you find it weird that a jock is making out with a loser boy?"

"I know, I understand that," Viper sighed. "But don't deny the fact that we're both into each other, you know this. I've realized it ever since I first laid eyes on you."

"I'm just scared for me." Deno said. "You have your reputation, I have mines as a loser, we have different personalities."

"But we have perfect chemistry," Viper said. "That duet we did was great, you can tell that we both connected then and there."

"I just need some time to think about it," Deno said, closing his locker. "I don't want to interfere with anything that you are in, I don't want to be the reason why your so-called friends turn on you because they see that you're into me, and I'm into you, but I'm just so torn right now, I don't know what I should do. I have to go,"

Viper stood still as Deno made his departure, and he walked in the hallways, slowly following his every move. Somehow, the attractions started to fall out, and he began to sing, "I'm gonna lose this game, I've got no poker face, I'm not designed for this, this, this. If I could speak in code, I wouldn't be so bold, I can't control my lips, lips, lips."

"I've never been so alone, I tend to be too loud but I'm not ashamed of my words," Viper sang. "Clearly I'm gone and I'm going into the deep end, far over my head, it's so unfair, I'm gone and it's showin' all over my skin, everyone knows, gone and it shows but I don't care."

In the choir room, he sat on a chair as the band played the tune of the song, he locked his eyes straight to Deno, as the rest began to be confused with who he was singing the song to.

"How do you make me smile, simply by tellin' the time, you got the zealous eyes, eyes, I, I could just stare all day, lay there and melt away, I'm such a helpless case, case, case."

"I've done away with my pride they say I'm out of my mind, can't even say it's a lie."

Kaleesha whispered in Samantha's ear, "I always wondered if he had a little R&B in him."

"Clearly I'm gone and I'm going into the deep end, far over my head, it's so unfair, I'm gone and it's showin' all over my skin, everyone knows, gone and it shows but I don't care."

Deno stared at Viper the whole time, and then looked down after, "Going, going, going, going into the deep end, into the deep end. Going, going, going, going far..."

"Clearly I'm gone and I'm going into the deep end, far over my head, it's so unfair, I'm gone and it's showin' all over my skin, everyone knows, gone and it shows but I don't care."

Viper was given a round of applause at that moment, but Deno couldn't take the feelings any longer and he walked out of the choir room, and Aidan and the rest were befuddled. Viper looked back at Deno, turned around and squinted his eyes in regret.

The next afternoon, Samantha recieved a text message from Cole, telling her to meet him in the auditorium. Samantha had a big grin on her face as she quickly ran to the auditorium to find him.

As Samantha walked in, Cole stood on the stage smiling. "Hey there, pretty lady."

Samantha chuckled, "So, I walked my ass all of the way over here so you can say that. You're so sweet."

"I think this is a better place to talk to you, but if you don't have time, I --"

"No, no, no, not at all." Samantha replied as she walked down to get up to the stage. "Whatever you want to talk about is fine with me."

"So, first and foremost, I just wanted to know if you were okay with the kiss?"

"Maybe so," Samantha shrugged. "I have been a bit doubtful since I'm a cheerleader and --"

"I'm the Broadway freak, I know, I understand," Cole gave a grin. "I apologize for that."

"You don't have to apologize, to be honest, I felt the kiss a lot,"

"You did?" Cole blushed. Samantha nodded her head and smiled, "Are you blushing?"

"Me? No, I'm not blushing," Cole giggled as Samantha walked closer to him.

"Maybe this will get the red marks off of your face," Samantha gripped him closely to her and slowly kissed him. She slowly pulled back, and smiled.

"So, i guess this means that we're official now?" Cole smiled.

"Official we are." Samantha said.

Matthew overheard and watched every word they said to each other all the way in the back of the auditorium, he looked infuriated, and walked away.

The End.
